What this website is
EliteRak arranges stays and services in Marrakech — villas and riads, airport transfers, drivers, private chefs, and the ordinary organisation around a trip. We also manage properties on behalf of their owners.
The website presents what we do and lets you send a request. It is not a booking engine, and using it costs nothing.
A request is not a booking
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending a request reserves nothing and creates no contract.
We reply with what is genuinely available for your dates and what it costs. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Until that moment nothing is held for you.
We do not publish live availability and we do not publish prices. Both depend on the dates, the size of the party and what an owner is asking that season, and a number that ignores those is a number that will change. The figure in a written quote is the one that counts, for as long as the quote says.
How to read the property listings
Every listing carries a label, and the label is not decoration.
- EliteRak Selection and Partner Property are specific properties we manage or work with directly.
- Curated Style describes a type of property — the layout, the area, the capacity, the character — that we source for you on request. It is a brief, not a particular house, and the listing page says so in as many words.
We would rather you knew that from the page than discovered it after writing to us.
Services other people perform
Drivers, chefs, guides, restaurants and excursion operators are independent providers. We arrange them and we stand behind the arrangement, but the service itself is theirs to perform.
Where a property belongs to a third-party owner, the accommodation contract is between you and that owner unless we tell you otherwise in writing, and we act as the intermediary and the point of contact.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation and change terms that apply to your stay are the ones set out in the confirmation we send you for that stay: deposit, balance, deadlines, and what happens if plans move. They differ by property and by season, which is exactly why we do not pretend there is one rule here.

What we ask of you
- Give accurate details when you ask for something, including the real number of guests. Villas have legal capacities and owners enforce them.
- Treat the property and its neighbours as you would at home. A medina is a residential street, not a resort.
- Tell us early when plans change. Early is almost always solvable.
Content on this website
The text and the design of this website are ours. Photographs are ours, supplied by owners, or used under licence; the licensed ones carry the photographer’s name and the licence under the image.
Quote our guides and link to them as much as you like. Please do not republish them wholesale.
Accuracy
The guides are written by people who live here and updated when things change. Opening hours, prices and rules in a city are still not under our control. Check anything that matters to your plans before relying on it.
Liability
We are responsible for arranging what we have confirmed to you, and for doing it with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for events outside our control, for the independent acts of third-party providers beyond our duty to choose and instruct them properly, or for the content of websites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, and disputes are subject to the courts competent for that place. Nothing here removes the protection that consumer law gives you in your own country of residence.
