The house
Twelve bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, arranged around a courtyard with a rooftop above and a garden outside. The pool runs to roughly twenty-six metres by six, which is long enough to actually swim rather than cool off. It is a house built to hold a large group without anyone feeling on top of anyone else.
How it works
The villa is taken on exclusive use. Housekeeping is included, and there is a guardian on site around the clock. A chef and additional staff can be arranged as extras rather than being part of the standard booking, and the same goes for transfers and activities — we organise them alongside the stay.
Events
Events are possible, subject to conditions. What is permitted depends on the timing, the size of the group and what you have in mind, so it is a conversation to have before you book rather than after.

The area
The Palmeraie is the palm grove north-east of the medina, the part of Marrakech where the large private houses sit behind walls on generous plots. It is green and quiet, and everything in the city is a short drive away rather than a walk, so a driver is normally part of a stay here.
What the photos won't tell you
Every listing in the world photographs the pool from its best corner, and no photograph answers the questions that decide a stay. So before you commit, we put the following in writing for your dates:
- How far the car gets, and how many metres and steps remain with the luggage.
- Who the neighbours are, and what you will hear at five in the morning.
- Whether the pool is heated, and in which months that decides whether you swim.
- What “staffed” covers — who is there, at what hours, and who cooks.
- Where the wifi actually reaches, not just where the router is.
- Which of the property’s own photographs were taken with a wide-angle lens, and what a room looks like from the doorway.

Twenty-four guests as standard across twelve bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Extra beds can take it to around thirty in specific configurations — tell us your group and we will confirm what works.
Is there a chef at the villa?
A chef can be arranged as an extra rather than being included in the standard booking. Tell us how you would like to eat and we will set it up with the villa.

Events are possible subject to conditions. What is allowed depends on the type of event, the size and the timing, so it needs to be agreed before booking rather than assumed.
