Medina Courtyard Riad
Five en-suite bedrooms, two floors · Four orange trees in the courtyard · Plunge pool, roughly four by two metres

Riads are courtyard houses inside the walled medina, rented whole and usually staffed. You get atmosphere and the ability to walk out into the souks; you give up the swimming pool, since a riad has a plunge pool rather than something you swim lengths in, and cars cannot reach most front doors. They suit couples, groups of friends and anyone who wants to be inside Marrakech rather than driving into it.
Entries marked Curated Style show the kind of property we source in that area rather than one specific house. Tell us your dates and group and the concierge comes back with what is actually available.

Yes. Many riads are available on exclusive use, which usually includes staff and breakfast, with dinner cooked on request. It is a common arrangement for groups and families.
Most have a plunge pool in the courtyard for cooling off rather than swimming. Space inside the medina makes a full-length pool rare. If swimming matters, a villa outside the walls is the better fit.
Usually not to the door. A taxi drops you at the nearest vehicle access point and the riad sends someone with a handcart for luggage, so agree the meeting point before you arrive.
Commonly four to eight bedrooms, so roughly eight to sixteen guests. Larger riads exist and some can be combined with a neighbouring house for bigger groups.
